We accept referrals from case managers, social workers, and discharge planners. All referrals receive a response within one business day.
IHC cannot start any new services until a client intake has been completed. Case managers do not schedule the intake. After you submit a referral, IHC coordinates with C.A. Ellis & Associates, LLC — an independent third-party that conducts all intakes and 245D documentation — to schedule the meeting and send invitations to you and the client. Intake meeting invitations are sent from scheduler@caellisassociates.com.

C.A. Ellis & Associates, LLC conducts the meeting and all 245D documentation. IHC participates. Case manager attendance is optional — if absent, signing documents sent by email.
